Windings:
Low voltage winding conductor is either copper or aluminum and the windings are made of in the form of foil or paper insulated flattened type. The copper winding material is band foil or flat copper made by electrolyte copper.

High voltage winding conductor material is either copper or aluminum and the windings are made of in the form of enamalled round or paper insulated flattened type. Winding layers are wound by automatically machines, layer insulation is formed as a type of dagger with stripped electrical insulation paper.

Core:
Transformercore is manufactured by silicon iron sheets that is passed from cold roll and grain oriented in magnetic field. According to customer demand core is formed from ZDMH, ZDKH, MOH, M1H, M2H, M3, M4, M5 quality grades.

Tank:
Transformer tank is manufactured from medium hardness of steel. At distribution transformers surfaces of the tank is consist of a lot of column walls which at the same time work as coolers. The sewalls are connected by welding frame.

Paint:
Tanks that are passed tests goes to undercoat and final paint. RAL 7033 standart transformer paint is used in our transformers.

Drying&FillingOil:
Active part of transformer (core and coil) is put in drying furnace which is worked under high temperature.

Oil filling proces is made with vacuum. As a result bubbles prevented from transformer that will probably be existed.
